Freestanding thin films separated from their substrates have attracted considerable attention for both fundamental studies and practical applications. In this study, we attempted to fabricate freestanding Fe(Se,Te) superconducting thin films using the water-soluble sacrificial layers Sr3Al2O6 and Sr4Al2O7. X-ray diffraction measurements confirmed that both the crystal structure and crystallographic orientation were preserved after the lift-off process. We will also present the results of lift-off experiments using Sr4Al2O7.
