Atmospheric pressure oxygen plsma was evaluated for its potential to modulate functional programs of NKT-like EL-4 cells.After plama irradiation, representative transcription factors (Tbet and GATA3) and per-cell cytokine production (IFNγ, TNFα, and IL4) were assessed as readouts of NKT1- and NKT2-like responses. Gene expression analysis was further conducted to estimate the associated signaling pathways.
