[15a-PA3-13]Film thickness control in bar-coating of CH3NH3PbI3 and their solar cell properties

The thin film fabrication of a perovskite material, MAPbI3, using bar-coating technique was investigated by focusing on amount of precusor solution and the gap between the substrate surface and coating bar. It is found that the film thickness was strongly related with the contact angle of the meniscus on the substrate. By adjusting the gap between the substrate surface and coating bar, the film thickness control was realized, and the device performance of solar cell, the MAPbI3-layer thickness of which was optimized, was successfully demonstrated.
