We observed the photoelectric conversion process in perovskite solar cells using light-triggered time domain reflectometry. Measurements performed under different excitation light intensities revealed that, the onset of the photocurrent occurs approximately 10 ns earlier under high excitation conditions. From an analysis of the TDT waveforms, we consider that this phenomenon originates from the rapid diffusion of a large number of photogenerated holes through the hole transport layer. In this presentation, we will discuss the photogenerated carrier dynamics from the onset of light irradiation up to 50 µs.
