We designed and synthesized a new hole-collecting monolayer material named PATDPP, a dipodal molecule consisting of a thiophene-flanked diketopyrrolopyrrole core substituted with two propyl phosphonic acid groups.
Inverted structure perovskite solar cells devices were fabricated using PATDPP as the hole-collecting monolayer material (ITO/PATDPP/Al2O3/Cs0.05FA0.80MA0.15PbI2.75Br0.25 /EDAI2/C60/BCP/Ag). The PATDPP-based devices showed power conversion efficiencies (PCE) up to 23.1%.
