In this study, NiOX thin films serving as a hole transport layer were deposited on textured substrate surfaces, and the resulting influence on the surface morphology was investigated. These results suggest that it is possible to vary the crystallite size of the NiOX film while preserving the textured structure, thereby enabling optimization of the interfacial matching between the hole transport layer and the perovskite layer.
