This study aimed to realize a compact PETIS system capable of flexible measurements according to plant morphology by constructing a highly integrated, multi-channel detection system centered on the TOFPET2 ASIC, achieving both high spatial resolution and high count-rate performance. As a preliminary study, detector modules, which constitute the smallest units of the system, were fabricated. Energy calibration and simultaneous detection of annihilation γ-rays were performed, and image reconstruction based on Lines of Response (LOR) was conducted to verify the basic performance of the system.
