It has reported that Polyaniline-Gadolinium oxide composites exhibit sensitivity to charged particles and γ particles. In this study, we investigated a method for synthesizing composite materials with high reproducibility and high yield, with the goal of commericialization. We carried out the entire process from polymer synthesis of the sample to detector fabrication. And we investigated the effects of the dispersion and concentration of gadolinium(III) oxide on the detector performance. As a result, a stable production method was established.
