We have previously investigated the deposition characteristics of gold nanoparticles using APD and reported their applicability as SERS devices. Since silver nanoparticles are known to exhibit a larger SERS effect compared to gold nanoparticles, this presentation reports on the evaluation of the deposition characteristics and SERS properties of silver nanoparticles using APD.
