In the luciferin (Luc)-luciferase (enzyme) reaction, luminescence of Luc has been used for the sensitive detection of ATP based on the luminescence mechanism of the enzymatic reaction. We have investigated the enzymatic reaction promotion and the dependence of the detection angle of luminescence intensity in the plasmonic chip. In this study, we studied how the plasmon resonance fields formed at the interface on both sides of the silver film structure contribute to the detection angle distribution of Luc luminescence using the plasmonic chip with different thick-silver film.
