Glide-symmetric photonic crystal waveguides can be applied to slow light and optical waveguides due to their bend tolerance. In previous applied physics research, we demonstrated through theoretical and numerical analysis that applying hole shifts to triangular lattice-type glide-symmetric waveguides can form topological nanocavities. This time, we fabricated photonic crystals and confirm the formation of nanocavities through transmission measurements.
