To clarify the contribution of active organic substances generated in plasma-activated lactated Ringer’s solution (PAL) to cellular responses, cells are treated with PAL-derived active organic substances alone. Cellular responses are analyzed in terms of cell viability and protein phosphorylation. Concentration-dependent changes in cellular responses are examined.
