Nanodiamond NV centers are capable of highly sensitive magnetic field and temperature sensing with a wide dynamic range below the diffraction limit. However, when used as biosensors, a challenge remains in detecting the fluorescence intensity at the target position with high sensitivity.To address this issue, in this report, we investigated the enhancement of emission intensity using a plasmon resonance structure based on a bull's eye structure.
