The composition of high-entropy alloys consisting of AuAgCuAlMg and AuAgCuPdPt systems was varied, and FDTD simulations were performed based on dielectric constant data obtained by spectroscopic ellipsometry. As a result, plasmonic characteristics were confirmed for all compositions.
