X-ray detected ferromagnetic resonance (XFMR) spectroscopy enables element-specific detection of spin precession and AC spin currents. We developed an XFMR spectrometer at NanoTerasu BL13U and investigated element-resolved magnetization dynamics in NiFe/FeCo bilayers.
