Heat flux sensors utilizing the Anomalous Nernst effect offer several advantages, such as flexibility and mass producibility, due to their simple structure. The sensitivity of amorphous Gd-Co-Pt thin films was improved by Pt addition, However, achieving high coercivity simultaneously was challenging. We focused on Tb, which is expected to exhibit strong perpendicular magnetic anisotropy, and fabricated Tb-Co-Pt thin films using sputtering. As a result, we successfully improved coercivity in a specific composition range and confirmed an anomalous Nernst coefficient comparable to that of the Gd-based system.
