In this study, epitaxial and polycrystalline Fe4-xCoxN films with different Co contents were grown on SrTiO3(001) and Si(001)/SiO2 substrates, respectively; then λ111 and the saturation magnetostriction λs were determined experimentally. First-principles calculations of λ111 were performed for comparison with the experimental results.
