Advances in microfabrication technology have drawn attention to three-dimensional spintronic devices that utilize the height dimension, not just flat structures. However, evaluating the magnetic properties of three-dimensional structures is challenging using magnetometers, as they cannot separate magnetization in flat and height directions. We successfully fabricated a three-dimensional structure using the nanoimprint method and measured the magnetic properties in the flat and height directions separately via ferromagnetic resonance.
