Research on the superconducting proximity effect in superconductor (S)/ferromagnet (F) structures has been conducted with the aim of applying it to spintronic devices. A characteristic phenomenon of the superconducting proximity effect is that the superconducting critical temperature Tc in S/F bilayers exhibits a non-monotonic dependence on the thickness dF of the F layer. In this study, we investigated the dF dependence of Tc in NbN/CMS bilayer films to clarify the superconducting proximity effect in multilayers composed of the superconductor NbN and the half-metallic Heusler alloy Co2MnSi (CMS).
