There has been growing interest in the superconducting diode effect (SDE), which was observed in noncentrosymmetric superconductors. Recently, a zero-field superconducting diode effect has been reported in superconductor/ferromagnet hybrid structures. In this study, we investigate the temperature dependence of the superconducting properties of a Nb/V/Pt/Fe/Pt/V/Ta superlattice, in which strong spin-orbit coupling from Pt and ferromagnetism from Fe are incorporated into a noncentrosymmetric Nb/V/Ta superlattice. Jc increase below the superconducting transition temperature (3.6 K) and exhibiting an inflection point near 3.0 K.Δ Jc does not increase immediately below the superconducting transition temperature instead emerges below 3.0 K, coinciding with the inflection point observed in Jc.
