This presentation introduces a three-dimensional educational toolkit developed to help learners intuitively understand the structure and operating principles of semiconductor devices. The toolkit consists of p-type and n-type semiconductor blocks fabricated using a 3D printer, which can be assembled to reproduce pn junctions and transistor structures, and also enables experiments using actual semiconductor devices. The presentation additionally reports the results of educational practice in classes and events, demonstrating the effectiveness of the toolkit in promoting beginners’ understanding.
