By combining the NIMS polymer database PoLyInfo with agent AI, we constructed a polymer knowledge base that balances reliability and flexibility. Specifically, we proposed and implemented a novel data integration approach that hybridizes traditional ontology-based deterministic linkage with probabilistic linkage using large-scale language models. This mechanism enabled exploratory searches that integrate general knowledge with the highly specialized data contained in PoLyInfo.
