Due to the electrification of mobility and the growing demand for data centers, dielectric materials for MLCCs are required to exhibit increasingly high performance. In this study, we applied soft clustering and visualization based on dielectric permittivity to a large-scale materials database constructed in the StarryData2 web system. By organizing relationships among materials in a property-relevant representation space, we demonstrate that materials with limited reported data can be identified as potential candidates for novel dielectric materials.
