[15p-W9_326-10] 3D Phase Reconstruction from Schlieren Images using Zone Plate X-ray Microscope

Using a zone plate X-ray microscope with 5.4 keV synchrotron radiation (Photon Factory BL3C), 3D phase reconstruction from schlieren images is reported. Here, we report on an Okinawa pumice sample, demonstrating that the quality of the reconstructed image can be significantly improved by using a diffuser, correcting the phase origin, and applying filter processing such as image smoothing.
