In April 2025, JSAP integrated its D&I Committee with International Relations Committee. The purpose of the merger is to accelerate the advancement of applied physics and technology fields through collaborations among diverse people such as all genders, backgrounds, or nationalities. This symposium will review the history of world D&I, and introduce initiatives in universities and corporates. In the panel discussion, how to achieve synergies and inclusive collaboration of people will be discussed to aim future advancement of science and technology.
