By perturbatively breaking the symmetry of a photonic crystal, we demonstrate that the peaks of two- and three-dimensional chirality (CPs) move within momentum space while maintaining a fixed relationship. Furthermore, using an effective Hamiltonian derived from symmetry considerations, we show that the band structure of the photonic crystal and the distribution of two- and three-dimensional chirality on the isofrequency surface can be reproduced, which is verified by both experiments and numerical simulations.
