We investigate an optical configuration for a single-shot vector optical field measurement method that integrates the Transport-of-Intensity Equation (TIE) with a polarization camera. In this system, a quadratic distorted grating is incorporated to acquire intensity information from multiple optical paths with defocus proportional to the diffraction order in a single exposure. This configuration enables a compact optical setup while improving phase retrieval accuracy by effectively utilizing multi-plane intensity information. Wave-optics-based simulations demonstrate that the spatial distributions of both complex amplitude and polarization states can be reconstructed from single-shot measurement data.
