We have been developing chirped-pulse digital holography for capturing multiple ultrafast wavefronts, where the reference pulse was stretched temporally and interfered with the object pulse trains. Previously, two amplitude and phase images were obtained within several pico-seconds using a single shot optical pulse. In this study, we have developed an optical system to obtain four amplitude and phase images by a single shot optical pulse, utilizing different polarization states of the object pulse trains. We have demonstrated the method by capturing the propagation of plasma filaments in water.
