We analyzed the polarization distribution of 90-degree domain walls in ferroelectric BaTiO3 using 4D-STEM. Our analysis successfully achieved direct observation of polarization rotation near the walls, revealing rapid structural changes within approximately 5 nm and symmetry disruptions extending over a wider range. These findings are consistent with theoretical calculations, demonstrating the effectiveness of this method for analyzing microstructures involving polarization rotation.
