REBCO melt-grown bulks can trap strong magnetic fields in compact forms. We have previously developed and reported the Single-Direction Melt Growth (SDMG) method, which enables the fabrication of melt-grown bulks consisting wholly of a single crystal growth region. In this study, we focus on dilute impurity additions, and will report the fabrication and evaluation of SDMG-processed REBCO bulks with dilute Ga or Zn additions.
