piezoelectric effect,piezoresistive effect

Human body movements generate both static loads and micro-vibrations simultaneously, but simultaneous measurement is difficult with single-mechanism sensors. Therefore, we constructed a mechanism capable of simultaneously measuring the piezoelectric effect and the piezoresistive effect within a single device by using a piezoresistive element (CNT-PDMS composite material) as the electrode for the piezoelectric element (PVDF). Furthermore, to suppress crosstalk between the two effects, we designed a measurement circuit incorporating a dummy capacitor and a differential amplifier, demonstrating the ability to independently acquire both effects.
