Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) is essential for the safe and effective treatment of high-risk drugs. In this study, Raman spectroscopy using droplet concentration is investigated toward rapid measurement of drug concentrations in blood. Protein-removed samples from a drug-containing serum model are measured under humidified conditions, and the quantitative accuracy of the concentration is discussed.
