In this presentation, we report the development of a super-resolution fluorescence microscope that simultaneously acquires fluorescence images before and after phase modulation using a split optical system. By combining phase control with a spatial light modulator and image differencing, fast and low-invasive super-resolution imaging based on wide-field acquisition is achieved. Numerical simulations and experimental results using fluorescent beads are presented.
