[16a-PB3-4] Mid-Infrared Pulse Generation by OPO Using ZGP

We develop a broadband and high-power mid-infrared coherent light source for vibrational spectroscopy. More specifically, we developed an OPO using a ZGP crystal, and investigated the dependence of the spectrum on the cavity length. A degenerate spectrum at 4.7μm was observed. When the cavity length was shortened, the signal shifted towards shorter wavelengths, and the idler shifted towards longer wavelengths.
