We have been investigating the mechanism of SPDC (spontaneous parametric down-conversion) light generation using an electron-lattice Hamiltonian to explore THz light detection utilizing quantum-entangled photons. In this study, we analyzed the dependence on the initial quantum state of the pump field using quantum mutual information and showed that employing nonclassical pump states does not necessarily enhance the quantum entanglement between the scattered photons. Furthermore, from the perspective of entanglement distribution, we discuss the existence of intrinsic limitations in the generation of entangled photon pairs.
