α-MnTe has attracted considerable attention as a representative altermagnetic material in which spin degeneracy is lifted without generating a macroscopic magnetization. In this study, we performed measurements of the anomalous Hall effect and anisotropic magnetoresistance on α-MnTe thin films grown on InP(111)A substrates by molecular beam epitaxy. The anomalous Hall resistance was extracted by subtracting the ordinary Hall contribution, and its temperature dependence was investigated. As a result, the spontaneous anomalous Hall resistance reaches a maximum at 225 K. In addition, angle-dependent magnetoresistance measurements reveal the presence of components reflecting the hexagonal crystal symmetry as well as non-crystalline contributions. The origin of the magneto-transport properties and their dependence on the growth conditions are discussed.
