We investigated the impact of interlayer Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction (IL-DMI) on domain-wall (DW) motion in spin–orbit-torque-driven racetrack memory. In Pt/Co/Pt/Ir/Pt/Co/Pt multilayers with synthetic ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic (SF/SAF) configurations incorporating IL-DMI, a pronounced polarity-dependent angular anisotropy of DW motion was observed. These results demonstrate that vector control of IL-DMI is an effective strategy for high-efficiency DW manipulation.
