Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is a two-dimensional material promising for biosensing applications, and self-assembling peptides are useful as a non-destructive and simple method for surface functionalization to optimize its performance. However, the effects of peptide modification on the electronic and structural properties of MoS2 have not yet been fully understood. In this study, we systematically analyzed Raman spectra by focusing on shifts in Raman peaks that reflect local doping and strain induced in MoS2.
