Research on graphene-based odor sensors has been widely pursued due to the material's large specific surface area, high electrical conductivity, and mechanical strength. In this study, we utilized a graphene sensor surface-modified with self-assembling peptides to measure the electrical response to odor molecules in an air atmosphere. Our results confirmed stable operation even under conditions close to real-world environments, demonstrating the utility of this sensor for practical applications.
