o improve the success rate of in-vitro fertilization (IVF) in humans and livestock, precise selection of embryos is essential. In this study, we propose a concave-channel indium–tin-oxide (ITO) solution-gated thin-film transistor (TFT) that enables non-invasive immobilization of embryos and long-term, stable metabolic measurements for quantitative assessment of embryo quality. In this presentation, we will focus on suppressing leakage current to enhance non-invasiveness toward embryos.
