Volumetric displays directly render images in physical space, but there are no point cloud optimization tools that reflect their characteristics. In this study, we improved Gaussian splatting and developed a point cloud arrangement design tool suitable for laser-excited volumetric displays. By designing a loss function that focuses on adjusting 3D Gaussians and optimizing positions under voxel constraints, we achieved point cloud reproduction with a high visual effect while satisfying constraints such as VPF.
