FeFET-based reservoir computing (RC) has been researched recently due to its CMOS compatibility and high design flexibility. Prediction of dynamic system and speech recognition have been demonstrated, and several research has been conducted to improve reservoir performance. However, since most of these research are focused on 1-input RC systems, there are insufficient research on RC systems which can perform multi-input tasks such as multivariate anomaly detection. In this research, FeFET-based 2-input RC systems are proposed and evaluated with 2-input tasks.
