Seed enhancement techniques are generally not disclosed, as they are regarded as proprietary and strictly confidential within seed companies. Since 2010, plasma technology has been investigated as an approach for seed priming and disinfection in several research studies. In this lecture, we present an overview of these techniques from the perspective of a seed company.
