The extra-curriculum project team of undergraduate students “Rika-Kobo” have continued various types of outreach activities in local community over about 20 years. Annual numbers of their activities reach at 70 to 80. In order to smoothly conduct such a large number of activities over many years with exchanges in the student members, intergrade inheritance of empirical knowledge for those activities is necessary. This report shows that such inheritance of empirical knowledge is realized based on voluntary behaviors of the student members of the project team.
