Technology succession is an essential practice for companies and organizations. However, in reality, many efforts remain "technology succession in name only," failing to achieve the actual transfer of necessary skills and knowledge. This presentation identifies the factors hindering effective succession and outlines the frameworks and key points required to overcome these obstacles and achieve desired outcomes. Furthermore, it discusses these elements through the critical lens of human resource development, including the implementation of proper On-the-Job Training (OJT).
