Light-addressable potentiometric sensors (LAPS) composed of inorganic materials pose a risk of damaging biological tissues. Consequently, organic LAPS (OLAPS) using organic materials have been reported in recent years. However, these sensors still utilize inorganic materials for insulating films and electrodes, and small-molecule semiconductors for the active layer, leading to concerns regarding insufficient mechanical strength. In this study, we addressed these issues by employing polymer materials for all layers. Furthermore, by blending SEBS into the active layer, we successfully improved the signal intensity by 1.7 times and the response speed by 1.4 times.
