To automate gait analysis in rehabilitation, we developed a flexible insole-type pressure sensor utilizing silver wiring and conductive fibers. A key feature of this device is the inclusion of an insulating mesh layer, which enables precise sensitivity adjustment. Our experiments successfully captured both the static plantar pressure distribution during standing and the dynamic pressure transitions from initial contact to toe-off during walking. Since the sensitivity can be optimized based on the user's weight or specific application, this technology shows significant potential for continuous daily gait monitoring and the development of automated rehabilitation support systems.
