It has been reported that carbon nanotubes (CNTs) can achieve relatively good THz responsivity due to the thermoelectric effect by forming a pn junction through multilayered stack. In this study, we formed a pn junction using a semiconducting CNT thin film and investigated the electromotive force generated when receiving THz waves.
