Twisted bilayer graphene (TBG), formed by stacking two graphene layers with a controlled twist angle (θ), offers the potential to realize high-speed and high-responsivity photodetectors through precise tuning of θ. In this study, we fabricated high-quality TBG devices with various θ values encapsulated by hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) and investigated the photoresponse of their electrical transport properties.
