Thermoelectric conversion elements, which generate electricity from temperature differences, are gaining attention as a clean energy source because they can convert waste heat into electrical energy.
In this study, we investigated whether n-type conversion and air stability could be achieved in small-diameter e-DIPS single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) with diameters of 1–3 nm, using an approach similar to previous studies by doping with chlorine-containing surfactants.
